Download the Registration Form here (requires free Adobe Reader) and enter your information in the form fields.  Please print the completed form and submit to the address provided along with all applicable fees (including the $75.00 registration fee) to complete the registration process. Please note, the deadline to register is June 1, 2012.

  • Sunday Athenian Dialogue - This is open to anyone who would like to come for the dialogue only.  The fee is $100.00.
Fees include tuition, lab fee for computer classes, course materials, most meals, your room, the banquet and graduation.  Please be aware that class size is limited and filled on a first come first served basis.  Registration deadline is June 1, 2012.  Registrations received after June 1 must include a $25 late fee.  Applications will NOT be accepted after June 15, 2012.

Financial aid is available in the form of scholarships from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, The New England Association of City and Town Clerks, The New England Municipal Clerks' Institute and from various state associations. Contact a Board of Directors member from your state for application information or you can find application information at www.newenglandclerks.org. NOTE:  For all scholarships you must furnish a written statement from your municipality's legislative body indicating they wil not pay your tuition.  Please check scholarship deadlines with your state scholarship committee.

Tax Deduction for Educational Expenses

Treasurer expenses Section 1:162-5 permits an income tax deduction for educational expenses (registration fees, cost of travel, meals, and lodging) undertaken to: 1) maintain or improve skills required in one's employment or other trade or business, or 2) meet express requirements of an employer or a law imposed as a condition for retention of employment, job status or rate of compensation. However, new tax laws may change how you claim expenses.
