Fees include tuition, lab fee for computer classes, course materials, most meals, your room, the banquet and graduation. Please be aware that class size is limited and filled on a first come first served basis. Registrations received after April 15, will be processed as space allows until June 1. Applications will NOT be accepted after June 1, 2023 unless arrangements have been made.

Financial aid is available in the form of scholarships from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, The New England Association of City and Town Clerks, The New England Municipal Clerks' Institute and from various state associations. Contact a Board of Directors member from your state for application information or you can find application information at www.newenglandclerks.org. NOTE: For all scholarships you must furnish a written statement from your municipality indicating they will not pay your tuition. Please check scholarship deadlines with your state scholarship committee.
